This week’s exercise is a very simple one.
Look around your desk and see how many “(K)notty Words” you can spot in memos, posters, notes, emails, letters, files, etc.
You will be surprised at the numbers that have accumulated.
After you locate them, RE-FRAME THEM. Create new suggestions, directions, motivational thoughts, etc. and post them around your office or work area.
Remember, there is always an alternative approach to accomplish your goal. Identify what your end goal is. Think of at least three to five new ways to address it. Focus on what you CAN do to get there; and then go do it.
This is a follow up exercise to the alternative Suggestion Box.
We at Remember the Ice would love to hear how this works for you and your organization. Please send feedback in a response to this Ice Chip.
