    Unfortunately, it’s the same old story…

    As your sales team gets ready to walk on the sales floor, they head to the break room for a bit of water. As they turn away from the water cooler, this is the message just above it. It is very easy to see, (and unfortunately – remember):

    Don't forget about the customer

    Then as they near the swinging doors to enter the “sales arena”, this bright sign is the last thing they see:

    don't forget about us

    Unfortunately, it’s the same old story.

    Customers will be forgotten. It happens far too often. Why direct your sales team to do the opposite of what you want?

    How simple it is to encourage them to:

    • Remember our customers.
    • Remember to give exceptional care.
